The hiring company is a leading international financial services group with global headquarters in Toronto and operate across offices in Canada, Asia, and Europe.

Role Context

• Create and Manage the change request that required for the team
• Follow up and receive required approvals for the change
• Attend the CAB meeting
• Attend the Vulnerability Remediation related meetings/calls
• Analyse non-technically on maintaining the KRI/KPI
• Send user communication
• Raise SR for the EUT team and follow up the approval
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working in ITSM tool like ServiceNow
• Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology
• Strong presentation and executive management communication skills
• Ability to liaison with many groups both business and technical
• Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics, and spreadsheet software such as MS Excel, PowerBI
• Exceptional ability to think analytically
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships

Good to Have Requirements:

• Technical proficiency in Qualys tool or other Vulnerability Management tool
• Basic knowledge in Grafana
